Denver Concrete Vibrator offers a full range of High Cycle vibrators available in head sizes of 1.75", 2.0", 2.5" and 3.0"  Running at a constant speed of 10,800 regardless of the length of handling hose, our High Cycle vibrator is ideal for low-slump concrete or tall columns and walls.  The 180 Hz frequency maximizes the efficiency of the three-phase low induction electric motor located within the vibrator head.  The High Cycle vibrator's area of  effect in low slump concrete is superior for large concrete placement jobs.

High CycleThe High Cycle Vibrator is recommended for general heavy construction, for example, bridges, walls, or roadways, etc.

Insulated heads for epoxy coated rebar applications: 
The 1.75", 2" and 2.5" heads are available with a rubber coating for use with epoxy-coated rebar. Our High Cycle vibrators are made to order and are available with a handling hose in lengths from 2 feet to 100 feet. Denver also offers a Sectional High Cycle vibrator that allows you to add or remove sections of handling hose to adjust the lengths. The Sectional High Cycle also allows you to quickly and easily switch heads to better suit your project.
